Aunque est\u00e1n pensadas para mujeres que tienen o han tenido c\u00e1ncer, son actividades de bajo impacto y respetuosas con el nivel f\u00edsico particular de cada persona, pero muy efectivas para la \u201cpuesta a punto\u201d en cualquier momento vital.\u00a0<\/p>
